Prenatal Yoga (Pre-Registered 6 weeks)

This pre-registered 6 week session offers a hatha yoga class with modifications and hands on assists for the pregnant body. Celebrate this sacred time of bringing a new life into the world by taking care of the body, mind, and spirit. Stretching, strengthening and relaxation suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

A 6-week pre-registered series for new parents of pre-crawling babies. Postnatal Yoga aids in regaining strength, stamina, and energy after pregnancy. Get rejuvenated, strengthen, realign, and ease pain in the body held from breast feeding and carrying your baby. The class focuses on rebuilding power in the belly, a strong back, and pelvic muscles.
