Tea time Talk: Ayurveda 101

aka. What’s a Dosha & What’s my Dosha?

Join us in the studio lounge at 1:15pm (after the noon class) for a teatime chat, with Ayurveda practitioner Mamta Pranjivan. Stop in for some tea – a quick sip or a full cup – and find out everything you never knew you wanted to know about Ayurveda.
Mamta will begin the discussion with a 15 minutes opening which will cover:

    • An introduction to Ayurveda and how it compliments as a sister science to Yoga.
    • An Ayurvedic Doshic quiz – PLUS it’s interpretation and tools for enlivening self-awareness, self-healing and self-mastery,
    • A Q&A will follow
We hope this will be a great opportunity to spend some time with your fellow yogis and learn something new about yourself and your practice. The format for this chat is not formal – so please drop in and listen for a short while – or stay as long as you’d like and get all your questions answered.
Mamta will be around to chat and answer questions for anyone who is interested.
