image description I cannot say enough good things about this studio! The facility is cozy, comforting and cute! Great place to sit back and relax and grab some tea before or after class. The change rooms are very clean and spacious and on a side note, the hand soap smells incredible. The yoga studio is quite big, tons of room which is really nice because there's less distraction that way. I also love the big windows that lets in natural sunlight. Joanne C

  • Moksha

    The Moksha Yoga series is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Moksha classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body.

  • Moksha Flow

    In this class, the Moksha Flow sequence is linked together with vinyasa flows. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. This class is always moving, and is set at a quicker pace than a Moksha class. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Moksha series first.

  • Moksha Yin

    Moksha + Yin is a blend of the strength-based portion of the Moksha series and a blissful Yin portion to end off the class.

  • Yin

    Yin Yoga is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia.

  • Prenatal

    Breath and movement for expecting mothers in our regular temperature practice room.

  • Karma Moksha

    A reduced-fee Moksha class, suggested donation of $7 cash. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Restorative

    Restorative yoga is a gentle practice for stress relief, anxiety and depression. It is the centering of your breath and body – aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time.

  • Pilates

    Mat Pilates incorporating fluid motion with strong emphasis on development of core strength. This is an all-levels, accessible class – get ready to laugh a lot and be challenged! Bring your yoga mat.

  • Hatha

    A yoga practice designed to promote balance, flexibility, strength and connection to breath.

  • Hot Vinyasa

    A high energy yoga class that feels like a dance – linking movement with breath – often branching out into creative sequencing of postures. This class is offered heated and non-heated – check the schedule!

  • Parent & Baby

    A yoga class for new parents to get moving in a baby-friendly environment.
