What You’ll Need
There is nothing you “need” to do yoga, believe it or not! But, there are a few things that will make your experience a little more enjoyable.
— stay hydrated! bring a water bottle, or fill yours up using our filtered water taps in the change rooms.
— got a mat? bring it if you do, but we have them for rent if you don’t.
— a towel or 2! keeps you and your mat dry in class, and also takes care of your post-class shower if you’re planning one.
– comfy clothes that you feel good moving in — think shorts or lycra pants, cotton tops, or clothes made of moisture wicking material.
— arrive early! we don’t have a lot of rules, but a biggie is that we don’t allow anyone into the practice room late. Plan to be 10-15 minutes early and enjoy some extra time in Savasana.

— like to lock up your things? we have small lockers available to use free of charge. Bring your own lock, or borrow one and leave I.D. or keys at the front desk. We regret that lockers cannot be used for overnight storage.
Remember… we have mats, towels and jars for rent at the front desk, plus a little yoga boutique for all your hydration & gear needs. If you’re missing something, we’ve got it!
