Come celebrate GYY and join us for a blissful heated Yin & Massage class!! Yin yoga is a passive stretching practice where seated/reclined poses are held for 3-5 minutes in order to give the connective tissues and joints time to unwind. Practicing Yin in the heated room provides the extra benefit of warming and relaxing the muscles for a gentle, yet deep body/mind experience.
