Parent & Baby (6 wks Pre-Registered)

A 6-week pre-registered series for new parents of pre-crawling babies. Postnatal Yoga aids in regaining strength, stamina, and energy after pregnancy. Get rejuvenated, strengthen, realign, and ease pain in the body held from breast feeding and carrying your baby. The class focuses on rebuilding power in the belly, a strong back, and pelvic muscles. It will help you to open up tight shoulders and back muscles, by opening up the chest and releasing tension in the body.Parents are welcome to bring their babies, and meet other new parents in the neighborhood for the next chapter of life!

 

Tasha Rooke is a certified Prenatal/Post Yoga Specialist, Reiki Master,  Meditation Teacher, Hypnotist, Cranial Sacral Therapist, NLP trainer, sensitive, and empathetic. She has been teaching yoga since 2006, trained in India, and have 1000’s + of hours in yoga training, is a University of Toronto graduate in Buddhist Psychology Mental Health and Eastern Religion Specialist. Investment:
$102+hst (includes a mat rental!) for 6 sessions

 

-Please note that we are located on the second floor without access to an elevator, so wraps and carriers are highly encouraged over strollers.
-While we would love to accommodate drop ins and missed classes we are unable to at this time so please note that you must commit to the full 6 weeks even if you don’t attend all the classes.
