Parent & Baby (6 wks Pre-Registered)
A 6-week pre-registered series for new parents of pre-crawling babies. Postnatal Yoga aids in regaining strength, stamina, and energy after pregnancy. Get rejuvenated, strengthen, realign, and ease pain in the body held from breast feeding and carrying your baby. The class focuses on rebuilding power in the belly, a strong back, and pelvic muscles. It will help you to open up tight shoulders and back muscles, by opening up the chest and releasing tension in the body.Parents are welcome to bring their babies, and meet other new parents in the neighborhood for the next chapter of life!
CURRENT SESSION: July 4-August 8, 2017, Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am
NEXT SESSION: August 15-September 19, 2017 — Registration to open July 29, 2017
$102+hst (includes a mat rental!) for 6 sessions
-Please note that we are located on the second floor without access to an elevator, so wraps and carriers are highly encouraged over strollers.
-While we would love to accommodate drop ins and missed classes we are unable to at this time so please note that you must commit to the full 6 weeks even if you don’t attend all the classes.
